How decisions get made
The founder decides what gets built. Each decision is recorded in her own words, so there is always a plain answer to “why is it like this?”
Nothing ships on a summary. Money, access and tax work gets a security review before it merges, and the founder installs each build herself, with a way back ready.
Where things stand
Said plainly, in three lists.
Built
Optional network features start switched off. Open checks are visible to the whole team. Every figure is computed by code. An assistant that can read, and only read, behind the owner’s own login.
In testing
Smarter search on the register, and shortcuts that match the way people already talk on the floor.
Coming
A lighter mode for older devices, sold-out counts shown at the register, and a live view of the tip pool.
